This research aims to understand the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling processes in inclusion classes at SMPS TPA Jember. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and document analysis. The research subjects involved school principals, special guidance teachers, and students. The research results concluded that inclusive classroom management special in the planning stage utilizes assessments to identify classroom needs. Organization in inclusive classes aims to ensure an effective structure with clear duties and responsibilities, to provide quality education to all students. In implementing inclusive classes, the existence of Educational Operational Standards (SOP) cannot be separated because these SOPs ensure the smooth learning process in inclusive classes is in accordance with with predetermined educational standards. This research uses qualitative research, the main subject in the research is the principal of the MA Darul Fikri school, to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of research on the implementation of student management in improving student character through the global leadership program at MA Darul Fikri are quite long, starting from accepting students at MA Darul Fikri to being able to run the leadership program. This program is a program created by the school to create students with leadership skills who are disciplined, tough and have a global outlook. Muhammad Ali Shodiq Umman builds collective leadership, what obstacles are encountered in efforts to build collective leadership and the effectiveness of implementing collective leadership at the Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Islamic Boarding School (PPHM) Ngunut Tulungagung. Collective Leadership means leadership that is organized or handled jointly according to the division of tasks for each individual. Authority or authority is not absolute in the hands of one person (individual), but is transferred to the authority or authority of several people (collective). This article uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research results show that the efforts that have been made by all managers (caregivers, administrators and asātidh) in building collective leadership at the Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Islamic Boarding School (PPHM) Ngunut Tulungagung are (1) forming a caretaker council, (2) consolidating the Sunan Foundation Giri, (3) structuring the structure, management and organizational mechanisms of existing institutions (4) institutionalizing deliberations/meetings/trials as decision-making forums, (5) conflict resolution, (6) cadre formation, and (7) development of funding sources . The obstacles encountered in efforts to build collective leadership at the Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Ngunut Tulungagung Islamic Boarding School are (1) limited funds and infrastructure, (2) technical: limited ability to organize, coordinate and control the institutions at PPHM Ngunut, (3) limited knowledge and insight of managers, (4) there is still a culture of individual leadership. One method that can be applied is Lean Six Sigma, which focuses on waste elimination and process performance improvement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Lean Six Sigma method in improving the efficiency of Islamic educational office. The focus of this research is to identify existing problems, design effective process improvements, and measure their impact on the efficiency of Islamic educational office. This research is based on literature review and relevant studies on the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in the context of education. Various relevant sources were utilized to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lean Six Sigma concept and its implementation in Islamic educational office. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Lean Six Sigma method can significantly improve the efficiency of Islamic educational office. In this research, the identified problems were successfully addressed through targeted process improvements and the use of Lean Six Sigma tools. Good quality is needed by educational institutions when they want to continue to exist, in reality education is required to always improve quality in accordance with the development of information technology. Included in this is that Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions must also oversee current technological advances with good moral guidance, thus the role of Islamic boarding schools is very important in maintaining the nation's moral values. This study aims to find out how the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School improves the quality of its education. This research used qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. In this study, descriptive analysis was used as a tool to explore broader data related to Pondok Pesantren Darussalam.
