The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies with emphasis on informant data sources, namely the principal, deputy principal and teachers at SD Negeri 1 Pematang Kijang. From the results of this research to the principal at SD Negeri 1 Pematang Kijang, he hopes that teachers will carry out their role as teachers more in accordance with their responsibilities as educators. This research uses qualitative research methods or field research located at MTs Al Muttaqin Surabaya. The research data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with MTs Al Muttaqin teachers. Secondary data sources are obtained from the results of documentation in the form of a description of the research location and a brief history, organisational structure, and teacher conditions. The results of research in English Area learning management in the environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin Surabaya teachers are quite good because they have carried out activities which include pre-test speaking, English learning and learning evaluation.Learning inhibiting factors are teachers who are still teaching in the classroom. The supporting factor is the enthusiasm of teachers to follow English learning and the principal who supports the English learning programme. In conclusion, learning management is carried out with stages: learning planning, organising, directing and evaluating. In these activities, English Area learning management in the environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin teachers has carried it out well and in accordance with the theory of indicators that researchers use. This research aims to explore the marketing value contained in the Al-Qur'an and apply it in the context of Islamic education to strengthen the image and reputation of the progress of Islamic educational institutions. The research method uses a literature study approach with a focus on the Koran as the main source. The research stages include identifying relevant verses of the Koran, collecting in-depth Islamic literature, analyzing marketing values ​​in the Koran, as well as comparing them with modern marketing principles. The analysis results show that the Koran contains ethical values ​​such as honesty, trustworthiness, justice, and concern for consumers which can be adapted into Islamic education marketing strategies. The implication of this research is the preparation of marketing strategy recommendations based on Al-Qur'an values ​​to build a positive image and reputation for Islamic educational institutions. This study is expected to contribute to developing an understanding of the application of Al-Qur'an values ​​in the context of marketing Islamic education as well as providing practical guidance for decision-makers in utilizing the spiritual heritage of the Al-Qur'an for ethical and effective marketing purposes. Financial management at the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Tarbiyatus Syarifah school is able to apply the concept of transparency so it is interesting to study. This study aims to find out how the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Tarbiyatus Syarifah school management manages school finances. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research or commonly called descriptive research where the data collection is taken from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Mod Miles and Huberman which begins with data collection, data presentation and finally draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Financial management that is implemented at MI Tarbiyatus Syarifah starting from Budgeting, Bookkeeping and Examination 2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for MI Tarbiyatus Syarifah's financial management, the existence of these supporting factors is characterized by sufficient technology, adequate supervision and auditing independence and so on.</p> Siti Masitho Novita novita M.
