  Al-Mafazi: Islamic Education Management Journal is a journal published by Islamic Education Management Study Program STAI Kh.Muhammad Ali Shodiq Tulungagung, Al-Mafazi journal is published twice a year, in July and December. In this first issue (Vol 1 No 1), it begins with a study of transformational leadership and organizational commitment, then a research case study at the NU in Karangrejo Tulungagung with the title implementing strategic management in improving the quality of the Nadlatul Ulama association (study on the assembly representatives of the Nahdlatul Ulama branch in Karangrejo Tulungagung), then the study about education production corporations: a new paradigm in increasing the competence and competitiveness of transformative Islamic education institutions, then examines prophetic leadership in Islamic education in Qs. Al-an'am: 165, then about the urgency of transformational leadership and facilitative leadership in madrasah, and finally policies to improve the management and management quality of Islamic education through the application of effective information technology and data management systems.
